Description
LCP is a self-reinforced thermoplastic polymer with highly ordered molecular chains, offering an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion and the capability to form ultra-thin walls. However, it is relatively expensive.
Key Features
1. Ultra-high dimensional stability (thermal expansion coefficient similar to metals)
2. Outstanding heat resistance (continuous use above 260 °C)
3. Inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 rated without additives)
4. Excellent flowability (it can mold ultra-thin parts down to 0.1 mm)
